lol, sounds good! That will be a nice surprise for your husband! Yeah around that time of year I will also be going home for the first time in a year. I got married last october. So maybe they will see a skinnier me! ... lol...If I lost 24-25 pounds by then I would be very happy! Yeah, I carry those water packets too. I have the cherry limeade flavored ones ... Not as good as the real thing but it works! Well gotta get some things done before I leave for work. Update tonight on how our days went ! Have a good day!

lol that's funny! I am taking some to work with me , I have to leave in like 10 minutes! So what did you do your first week or however long it took you to loose your 4 pounds? What do you do as far as for exercise? And like what do you eat during the day? Do you eat 6 meals a day or 3 or maybe even 1? im babbling again lol. Im sure you know what works for you since you have been so successful in the past. Share your wisdom ... lol Anyways off to work I go, will write back to you tonight! Bye for now!

I try to eat 6 times a day, sometimes I don't fit it in and end up eating less. Some nights it will be 9pm and I will quickly eat something so my calories stay above 1100. I try to keep them between 1100 and 1500. I try to alternate days, high calorie days and lower calorie days. Notice how often I say "I try"? lol. 4lbs in 4 days isn't half bad. I am hoping that by the end of week one it will be more. It should be if I can get that dang water consumed.

Ugh, that's good! I only lost 1 pound this week, im disappointed lol... I think its because I barely drink enough water, not hardly enough at all. This week I am going to aim high in drinking water and I am going to take 2 days off the phentermine. See if MAYBE that will give me some sort of boost. Im going to shoot for 3-5 pounds this week! I can do it!! lol At least I didn't gain weight! Maybe I am just carrying water weight I dont know. I didnt exercise every day last week but I did every other day.Im going to try to exercise 5 or 6 days this week and just take saturday off maybe, I dont know! Hopefully this next week will be better! What kind of food do you eat all day long? I eat okay, just in pretty small portions when I do. Well Maybe you will have some advice for me. Hope your doing well!!!! Bye for now. I will check back later ..

I am still at 4lbs for the week but I am super swollen today. I know I didn't drink enough water yesterday and I had sushi. The sushi isn't bad for you but the soy that I dip mine in is. The sodium is what did this to me. I will drink my water today and keep the sodium down. I have real bad swelling problems in the summer time, I should know better than to have a high sodium day. I stayed within my calories but I had pepperoni pizza and a few potato chips too. It was a naughty day yesterday. But like I said, I stayed within my calories.

I didn't eat that bad yesterday, I had a weight watchers breakfast sandwich, and leftover chicken with a side salad, and went to work , came home and made chicken tacos , I only had one on a small flour tortilla. But barely drank any water!!! Ugh, lol. I hope your having a good day as well. Im cleaning my messy home, and throwing things away. Late spring cleaner!
