It's okay....My weakness is the cherry limeade, which I had one like 2 weeks ago... lol and I love
diet pepsi!!!I let myself have one occasionally.... Either one really... But it's good you got the chicken salad instead of the burger!!

I'm craving a cupof wendy's chili and a frosty, (both not that bad in fat or calories) for weight watchers I think for both of them it's under 10 points...Comparitively to Jack in the Box, or mcdonalds, or BK, whatever the frosty, waaaaaaaay more calories and fat... Jack in the Box i think is 72 or in that range fat grams, a small too, for a small frosty its under 10 grams...

lol so wendy's is pretty good...

water and dont want to be to bad, Jamba Juice is awesome!!!

lol almost all their 16 oz. drinks are 210-280 calories, and low in fat... yay!!but yeah once you start drnking the water... I think while drinking it you realize how thirsty you realy are. Go to wal-mart or omething and just buy a 3 liter or 1 gallon water jug. it's easier to keep track of your water consumption... to me it is. I don't remember if i posted back to u or not but only 1 lb.down this week, at least those 2 bad days didnt makes me gain
