That's awesome! I hope we can get a house soon! Your probably just a tad older than me at least...I'm 19 ...Yeah I got married early lol... But I think this January-ish we can get one. Things are so expensive!! Ugh! Anyways, yeah hopefully today paid off a little! I have all 100 oz. down, so maybe i can do another 20 oz. or something who knows, and I have ate decent today. Oh well, we will see, if it'snot good at least I'm back to trying after 2 horrible days .. Well I shall write more tomorrow!!! Byyyye!

Yeah, just a little older. I'm 26. I got married young too. Me and my husband have been together since I was 17. We got married when I was 22. So it took us a while before we decided to buy a house. Since it's just us we just bought a used small place, but it's still nice to know it's going to be yours. Eventually, I'm sure we'll sell it or rent it out and buy us a bigger place, probably whenever we're both done with school and decide to have kids.

Wow, 100 oz!! That's awesome. I had two 20 oz. bottles of water and now I'm drinking a tea from Sonic, but it's unsweet! I did good at Sonic though. I had to eat out today because I was really busy and I went through Sonic. I really wanted a cheeseburger, BUT instead I got a grilled chicken salad.

Gotta go!

It's okay....My weakness is the cherry limeade, which I had one like 2 weeks ago... lol and I love diet pepsi!!!I let myself have one occasionally.... Either one really... But it's good you got the chicken salad instead of the burger!! I'm craving a cupof wendy's chili and a frosty, (both not that bad in fat or calories) for weight watchers I think for both of them it's under 10 points...Comparitively to Jack in the Box, or mcdonalds, or BK, whatever the frosty, waaaaaaaay more calories and fat... Jack in the Box i think is 72 or in that range fat grams, a small too, for a small frosty its under 10 grams... lol so wendy's is pretty good...

Also, if I get to tired of water and dont want to be to bad, Jamba Juice is awesome!!! lol almost all their 16 oz. drinks are 210-280 calories, and low in fat... yay!!but yeah once you start drnking the water... I think while drinking it you realize how thirsty you realy are. Go to wal-mart or omething and just buy a 3 liter or 1 gallon water jug. it's easier to keep track of your water consumption... to me it is. I don't remember if i posted back to u or not but only 1 lb.down this week, at least those 2 bad days didnt makes me gain .... well I will write more tonight, hope I hear from you bye!

Correction, i have lost 1.8 pounds, almost 2 lbs!!!! Don't ask why I corrected it, ha ew. Fiber is the best! lol ttyl!

Okay, I hope I am doing this right but i'm not really sure. I've been looking at you guys journals and progress and it's really motivating for me. Don't quite know what to say, but I am just like everyone else trying to lose weight with Phen! I am on a diet of Fruits,Veggies,Chicken,Fish,Turkey and Water. That's it! A bit of a challenge, but I need to lose the weight! In my pic, I am the one with the turkey leg in my hand lol! You ladies are doing great!!!

lol thank you nina....I don't see a picture though.... sounds like you got the basics down though, your eating the right foods ... drink plenty of water!!! Anyways though, feel welcome to keep writing to us and visit my journal, its labeled "wanting to be healthy" ...I'm glad I can be of encouragement for once ha, and crystal is doing great herself! Okay, hopefully my pic comes up this time! I have to keep fooling around with it for it to look like yours lol. My goal is 30lbs by October which means I need to work extra hard. Thanks for the quick response, that was unexpected.

30 pounds by october is a big goal, but acheivable if you work hard at it... Your welcome I'm always on and off of this site...It's becoming addicting to me! Anyhoo, yes,your picture is showing up now...Your very pretty.. Feel free to ask anyone questions on here, or keep leaving comments on this forum, (I always enjoy them ) A good starting out suggestion is walk 30 minutes a day, continually or if you must break it into 10 minute intervals... and do strength training at least once a week! Don't wanna loose your lovely muscles while losing your weight!! Oh yeah, and drink alot of water. Start out at 100 ounces a day maybe, and gradually work yourself up to a gallon. Believe me it helps a ton in losing the weight. Your getting rid of all the icky stuff inside you! Anyways, good for you and keep us updated!!
