Hey Girls! I am somewhat still new I am done with my third week of phentermine this coming Tuesday, hopefully I loose at least something! I have been trying to do really good! Eating 250 calorie meals 6 times a day! Ugh... I just want to get rid of this weight! But if someone, anybody or everybody!! will leave encouraging thoughts, tips or advice. Or just plain encourage me I will greatly appreciate it! Thank you Girls, so far im only 8 pounds down! Looking forward to your responses!

Hang in there, you can do this! It's like I said in one of my other posts, even if you only lost a pound a week, it'll add up. I've started different diets, only to give up b/c I got discouraged over the lack of weight I'd lost. Then a few months later, I'd think, if I would have stuck with it, I'd be down x amount of pounds. I think 8 pounds weight loss is pretty good. So, eat as healthy as you can, exercise as much as you can stand it, and it'll pay off.

Ariel I hear you and TOTALLY agree. Who hasn't looked back and thought - damn, if I'd only stuck with it who knows where I'd be... For EVERYONE just keep plugging along. Even if you have a bad week, you've gotta think - eventually your body will catch up with you!

Jessica, are you still looking for a buddy? I would love one!! We are pretty close in the weight category although I weight a little more. We have a similar goal also. What do you think? I could use a buddy to check up on me right now.

Hey, I would love for you to be my buddy! I need all the help and encouragement I can get!! Yeah, you will loose more weight I started out at285 pounds but that was last year. I dieted off and on ha... But congratulations on your weight loss so far that is great ..... I want and need so bad to loose this weight!!! You need to help keep me in check sometimes I slip ... But respond back to me I can't wait! And I will check first thing in the morning im exhausted right now. lol I weigh in again on Tuesday morning hopefully I had somewhat of a productive week! I slipped and had a margarita tonight, I really don't know if that hinders the process too much, only had a small one. Well Talk to you tomorrow im babbling to much!

lol, not babbling. I know I will lose it again, I lost over 50lbs last year on Phen. I had a naughty winter and ruined that. Message me tomorrow. I have to go to bed, I have to get to work early. BTW I am one that sneaks in a little more than a margarita once and I while.

Yeah , I know I can loose it too, but lately in the last 2 weeks it is clinging to my body it wants to stay where I am at now!! AND IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY!! ugh lol, to much hard work to loose weight but still going to try. In the last 3 months I have lost 30 pounds but that was before I started Phentermine! But my anniversery is in October, I would like to loose another 20-30 pounds before then. so we need to encourage eachother!! I know I need it. I get to the point where I'm like okay it says on here to eat six small meals a day under 250 calories each. That is hard for me! I eat breakfast around 8 or so, than lunch around 12-1230 maybe later. I find myself getting distracted doing other things. Don't know! I'll find something that works eventually! Oh and I struggle on drining enough water, it doesn't give me dry mouth. Well maybe I will hear from you at the end of the day, have to work tonight. Not sure the time difference between us it is almost 7 am here, and I live in houston, texas, and your in minnesota, maybe you know . Ha I don't get home till after 8 tonight. Well hopefully I be good today! Ugh... Bye for now! Have a great day!

I have issues with getting my water in too. I try to always carry the Crystal Light single serve packs with me. It makes water a whole lot more tolerable. My husband is coming home from Afghanistan the first week of September. We can both shoot for September/October to be our first goal. We both want 20-30 to be our weight loss by then. Lets go with 10% of our current weight to be the goal for September. You need to lose 24lbs and I need to lose 26. What do you think?
