oh thank you missy! i totally needed that! i went on my break a minute ago and i was like just doing my walk around our compound with a yucky attitude. thank you so much for your input. i really appreciate it! i know that when i look at myself in the mirror i can see alot of stuff that has toned up alot. i know about those jiggly arms cuz i have those too! i want to put some weights into my workout as well for my arms. that is weird how you can lose alot of weight but those "wings" as i call them on the back of your arms are always there. you are lovely for lifting my mood today. kudos to you too girl!

I'm so sorry dobee that I'm just now responding. I haven't been home since Thursday. Missy is right. Muscle does weigh more than fat. Have you ever found out someone's weight and were really surprised? It's probably because they have worked their muscles. When you are in shape, you don't look like you weigh as much as you really do. So, don't get discouraged. If your clothes are fitting better, then you are definitely doing something right. And you are living a healthier life style. That's very important.

Hello there, how was your weekend? Back to work today. I'm going to have to walk on my half hour break for the next 3 days. I'm working my second job those evenings and won't get time to do any real good exercising. I worked over the weekend too, sorry didn't get time to check in before now. I am very tired this morning, can't wait till 8am to take my phen. Have a good day, write if your bored.

The last three days have been a little harder for me as far as cravings. I'm staying well within my calorie limits, but sometimes I get the urge to eat junk food. I hope this isn't too personal, but have any of you noticed a difference right before your monthly cycle?

Yep sure do. When I was on vacation, I decided that would be the 3-4 days I wouldn't take phen. as my little break. Well hell I ate everything in site. I ate all the way to the beach, while I was there I had about a whole pack of Oreo's with P-nut butter, and snacked the whole way home. Gained 4 lbs in 4 days. Got home and 1 day later it came on. I was like, Oh that's why I ate like a hog.
Phen. should help you control your cravings though. It does me. I'll have to be careful on which week I choose not to take my phen.

Good Luck to you. Remember Phen. isn't a miracle drug, it's a miracle helper...
have a good day.

Today has been better. Although a cheeseburger and tator babies sound really good! I've hardly eaten today, but I've been busy. For breakfast I had an egg, 2 slices of bacon, and 1 cup of skim milk. For lunch, I had a Milky Way. Hmmm...not a good choice I know. I usually do eat better than that. I'll probably have a lean pocket for supper and some more milk. And maybe some popcorn. I can tell the medicine is helping, because although I am craving more sweets than I was, I've been doing pretty good at controlling it.

A MILKY WAY !!!Are you crazy?? You don't eat Milky Ways while your trying to lose weight...That's a no-no. Stay away from that junk UNLESS the 100 cal. portion. Don't you dare give in to those cravins woman!!

The reast of your day sounded much better than lunch.Good job !! I I'm going to have to keep my eye on you.

No really... we all have slip ups or days we just can't resist. As long as we find our way back to the path that is going to lead us to complete happiness, It will be all good.

Just wanted to ride you a little this morning.

Have a good day.
