oh heck yeah! i eat like i'm going away to war or something when i am nearing TOM. i hate that! i especially crave salty stuff. now that i've been on phen, i dont really crave sweets which is a miracle because i used to love cookies/cakes, not so much candy bars but the rest of the junk. i have been feeling great lately. i have not weighed. that thing depresses me! i have noticed alot in my clothes and appearance though so i will leave it at that. i cant do the scale thing. i just cant. it will totally mess me up. i hope you guys are doing good! i'm nearly done with my RX so i need to call my doctor and see what she wants to do. I see you were up early this morning posting and chewing butt this a.m. I guess I won't mention what I had for lunch today. You'll send the diet police after me for breaking the rules. Ha! However, my calorie count as of 2 pm today is 390. And I had a good protein packed breakfast. I'm not all bad!

I haven't had the munchie thing too bad today. My stomach is getting bloated, and I feel crampy. My weigh day is Wednesday. I'm afraid the water retention will keep the numbers from going down. Maybe next week will be really good.

Welllll- My stupid butt goes to the doctors this evening to get weighed in and I was so nervous I didn't do so well. I eat when I get stressed. I have to admit... I ate chinese! I know it has tons of sodium in it and general so's chicken is fried but damn it was good. Now all the water I drank today is laying in the top half of my stomach and will probably tip the scale... wish me luck and don't turn the diet police on me.

I love chinese food! My favorite is the crab rangoons and egg rolls, both dipped in sweet and sour sauce. Yum! Good luck to ya today. I won't call the diet police on you...this time! Smile! How do you do the faces on here?

sad sad sad Well I know some will say I did ok but I'm a little upset. I went to the doctors tonight hoping to lose 10 lbs this month since I lost 21 the first month and I only lost 6 lbs. I know six lbs is six lbs but I was really hoping for ten.
I set high demands for myself and I didn't make it this time. So I'm not even down 30 anymore. I lost 27lbs in two months. z I guess that's better than nothing. I'll just have to try harder this month. Not going to let this get me down too much or I'll eat the night away... I feel like I need some of my own advise thrown back at me- anyone?

yum, chinese. i love general tsao's chicky. yum and double yum. you will do great missy0107, wait and see. are you doin alright ariel31? i have been a lousy diet buddy. i come on here once or twice and then i dont give you guys any type of motivation. :( but today is a new day and we will prevail upon this weight loss thing. i havent even dared weigh in. i havent been eating naughty or anything, but i just hate the scale. my clothes are real loose and that is good enough right now. maybe later i will overcome my fear of the wicked scale.

Missy, 27 pounds in two months is GREAT! Don't just focus on what you lost this month. Besides, since you ate Chinese food, the high sodium probably caused some water retention. You probably actually lost more. Even if you didn't though, 6 pounds is 6 pounds. Take it and be proud!!!
