Dobee, things are going good. I'm finally past the PMS munchie thing. I've hardly even had an appetite the last two days. For dinner tonight, I had tomatoes and cucumbers. It sounds like you are doing pretty well. Isn't it nice to have some room between the belly and the button on the jeans! Don't worry about not being on here much. I know life gets busy. Just don't quit us though!

hi jaded5null! ooh, that is a dangerous question to pose w/me. i HATE the scale. no, seriously, they advise to weigh no matter what weekly. some do it daily (that is a freak out thing for me and i would never consider it myself), but no, i read on here that everyone weighs in at least once a week. that way you can note your progress better.

Hi Ariel31! i'm glad you are over the PMS blues. man those things can get us cant they? how come men dont have problems like that? they also wolf everything down and never even gain any weight. sigh. i am doing pretty good today. i may take a chance and weigh tomorrow though.have a great day!

Missy, you have come a long way baby! 27 pounds. wow! that is so great! what is your biggest motivator? what would be your nemesis food? mine...um probably chinese. i still have been craving general tsao's chicken. yummy. but trudge ahead we will conquer this battle of the bulge! have a great day!

Thanks dobee. You made me smile. Since we started the same weight It does feel like we are going to run as fast as we can from the 200's ! I'm feeling better now. Just need to keep moving. I love Pizza too. Anything with a little bit of dough. But for now dough is a dough-dough I mean no-no for me. Hope you had a great week so far, thanks for the motivation!!

gosh, what are we here for if we cant make each other smile yeah? yours made me smile about running from the 200's! bloody things keep running after me! you know when i was first married to my X, i weighed like 140. i am remarried, 4 kids later and viola! 220. sheesh! what a frieken pain in the keester to gain and gain. i cant even see my feet! but i am concentrating on getting healthy so that has to be my motivation if anything.

Where on this site or home ? On this site in the member section it gives you an option of whatever day you choose.

At home preferabbly once a week and use the same scale each time. The best way to weigh yourself is in the morning upon rising after a bathroom break before any food or water in the buff and no cute fluffy slippers on either.lol

Never weigh yourself at night because you would have ate and drank all day and could be very well 5 lbs heavier your true weight is first thing in the morning.
