[i][font="Georgia"]Hi everyone. I justed started the forum on yesterday, and have been struggling with weight loss for quite some time. I previously lost two dress sizes using Phentermine to control cravings, sensible eating which of course the Phentermine helped with, and exercise three times per week. I have finally decided that I must commit to something,  and "no" it is not going to be overnight results. I have logged my caloric intake for the day and may seek the assistance of some Phentermin D, but am anxious to see results of others. I think that there is definitely strength in numbers and being accountable. Is there anyone out there that needs a diet buddy? Please let me know. I would love to work with someone else. I believe that is going to be an absolute must for success. Thanks! Wendy
