Hi, I am new to this forum. I just started taking phentermine the day before yesterday. I was 125 lbs before I had my son which is 5 years old now. I now weigh 170 I am trying to get back down to the 130-140 range. I am happy to be here and want someone to motivate me!

So please help

Also I am taking the phentermine 504. Does anyone have any information on these?

hey, im sure you will do great!!! i take the phentermine 37.5mg. so im not to sure about the 504. what mg are they?

Hello I'm new to this as well and am also taking the 37.5mg which is also known as the Caraco 504 considering it has that as the imprint. My doctor just switched me to these as I was taking the 30mg for two months with no results. Well with only 2lbs lost although I feel those two lbs were due to the fact that i stopped eating red meat and started taking a green tea to help my digestion system. I really hope i see results using these new pills.

Congrats and Welcome. I am excited to go down this long road with you. I am moving to Germany in 2 months so I am really trying to drop this weight before I go. It seems as though it sneaks up on you and the next thing you know you can't fit any of your own clothes! I lost some weight after my son but when I stop working out the weight slowly came back. I look forward to chatting with you....

i started the phentermine on aug. 18th so alittle less then 2 months. but im getting to that point were its getting hard ti lose the weight. im still losing inches but the weight is staying about the same. but im sure it will start movin again.lol. and dont worry you will be really close to or at ur goal before u know it. just remember dont cheat on the diet and u will do great!!!!
