well this is what is really taking it off of me! low carb i did not believe it but i started last week well 5 days ago and i have already lost 5 pounds! i was on low fat but i switched
breakfast - scrambled eggs and cheese with salsa and sour cream
lunch- grilled chicken breast- and broccoli
dinner- steak, and spinach with olive oil and shredded cheese
you can cook with butter not margarine, also cook with olive oil
you can eat green veggies only- green beans,spinach,broccolli ,asperagus
no peas, lima beans, no beans unless green beans!
meat- any kind you want, hot dogs(nathans) not too much i think nathans only has 1 carb which is good,
no fruit
eggs all you want
it is not hard and you will lose keep carbs under 20 a day to really lose!! read up online
make sure to drink very important 8 glasses of
water a day you will not lose good without it i promise
make sure to do 30 mins of exercise daily!
good luck it is not that bad i have a man to i just cook my meat the same as his and i do not eat the same sides! he never knows i made his steak or chicken with olive oil!
