If anyone is interested in doing the weight watchers program please let me know. I have information to share. It really is a wonderful plan because nothing is off limits--for those of us who dont like being told we cant eat something!

I like that concept... that nothing is off limits. That's the type of nutritional
plan that I follow. Of course, since I've been doing that for a while, it's
not so much following a plan, but just... not worrying about it because
my body loves it when I eat right.

Could you share the info that you have on weight watchers? I'm sure
it'd be a great help to at least someone browsing. If you have it in zip
file like last time, I'll be happy to manually add the text to the forum.

I have done it several times. It works if you can stick to it. I felt it was too much work. You have to track everything you eat and keep track of all of the points.

Also, I got sick of going to the meetings. They were boring. All people talked about was things they found to eat that fit into the points like garlic cheese bread. People were not learning healthy eating habits.

I don't like the idea of tracking the points on every single thing you eat.
It goes back to my dislike of setting such a set of restrictions on what
and how you nourish your body. It's too much stress for me.

But, I can definitely see why it helps many people succeed in weight loss.
The problem for me would be sticking to it, but again, there are more
disciplined people than I.
