Good post! I agree, it doesn't matter what program you decide to do to lose weight, anything will work as long as you stick to it!
I've lost over 90 lbs in 6 months by doing Atkins. I still want to lose another 40 or so (give or take!). I know I'll get there by hard work and dedication...

support each other and encourage each other here. And that is exactly what we do. Each of us has a unique experience and there are several members who are about 350 lbs., just as you are. This is do-able, for sure! The phentermine will help you have the willpower to re-train your body and your mind toward health and fitness. :cool: AND..this next year or so will be the LAST time in your entire LIFE, that you have to diet---IF it is done correctly.Isn't THAT a wonderful thought?!
