Suitable for Atkins diet

Cooking time ca 5 minutes

Spinach leafs, ca a medium size soupspoon full.
½ cup of water
Half a cube of Beef Bouillon
¼ Liter Soured Cream.

Cut the spinach in small strips.
Steam the spinach for ca ½ minuet .
Add the Beef Bouillon to the boiled water.
Add the steamed spinach and blend.
Add the soured cream and blend well

Serve immediately when ready.

* Its nice served with salmon.

I'm not usually a fan of stew but with the beef bullion and sour cream
that sounds like it'd be a nice side dish, especially with fish as you say.

Yes, it is very nice to salmon, I dont know with other fish though. You have to adjust it to your taste, I have made the recipe myself so measures are a bit so and one have to try and taste. I have also tried to add butter and some herbs as well that's also nice, well this is Atkins.
