LOL! If you read my post about how I great up, you will know why I couldn't cook anything when we got together, no I cook many different dishes.

I read that. You have really been through so much and you have come so far. Do you enjoy cooking now? How did you learn? Trial and error, cookbooks, or did you take lessons?

I am still in the learning phase, but I am having fun with it! :-D

Anyway, trial and error for a lot of things, cookbooks and help from a wonderful SIL for others.
