I think its way too high in fat, about 8g i believe, and has about 4g of protein per table spoon, and 4 g of carbs. 8g seems awfully a lot to me, whereas, you can save that 8g of fat.
Peanut Butter is totally saturated with peanut oil, they actually crush and use the oil from 2 to 3 times as many peanuts as what actually goes into the jar.
