all natural peanut butter fat is mostly monounsaturated fats, which is good so for you and will promote weight loss. so this is not only a good idea it's down right recomended. Around 4 tablespoons of peanut butter daily would be benifital. a small list of the good ones are:

eating lost of GRAPES is ok, thats just fructose. but remember you want a calorie deficit and if your not doing that after your grape meal, you WILL NOT LOOSE FAT, and that's a FACT.
