Sometimes stores will have a machine you can dump your peanuts into and it will crush it up into peanut butter. We have one at where I work, so that way you're simply getting peanuts and that's it.

all natural peanut butter fat is mostly monounsaturated fats, which is good so for you and will promote weight loss. so this is not only a good idea it's down right recomended. Around 4 tablespoons of peanut butter daily would be benifital. a small list of the good ones are:
Crazy Richard's Peanut Butter
Adams Peanut Butter
President's Choice Peanut Butter
Smuckers All Natural
Laura Scudder's
Publix supermarket store brand
Kroger's supermarket store brand

you also want NO hydrogenated oils which is included in that list.
I use "Adams Peanut Butter "
eating lost of GRAPES is ok, thats just fructose. but remember you want a calorie deficit and if your not doing that after your grape meal, you WILL NOT LOOSE FAT, and that's a FACT.

Ok I was totally wrong, and I apologize for my statement that even
all-natural peanut butter is bad for weight loss.

I get to go out and get some peanut butter, too.

I ate like a pig while I was gone...any old slop set in front of me. Before it gets too out of hand, I am back on the horse, officially as of 4-14-08, 6:00 am!

Today I had a few almonds mixed with Splenda, fat -free cottage cheese and blueberries--YUM!!!!!

Eating fruits are a good habit.Fruits can also reduce your weight.Every enjoy eating a wide variety of fruits.But Mainly children didn't like the fruits.They like only fast food,sweats etc.But Fruits are very effective for our health.Apple is mainly.
