I have been trying these as my breakfast once in awhile because I hate eating breakfast. I was just wondering if anyone else had tried them and what they think of them? I guess they are ok but they are kind of gritty-no matter how much you stir or blend-maybe I should try it with ice in the blender. Any thoughts?

Here's my thought: Why do you hate eating breakfast, Cyn?

Do you feel sick after breakfast? I do most of the time. :(
I remember during high school I'd feel like I was going to
throw up about 20 minutes into 2nd period every single day.

I dont really know why--I guess eating just doesnt enter my mind until later--I dont care for lunch either. Thus being another reason for my weight--I would eat all evening! If I do actually eat breakfast it is on the weekend about 10:30AM-more like brunch. I have been trying to do better though!

Hm that's interesting, since you usually wake up early and all.

At least you don't feel sick. That's punishment for eating breakfast. hehe
I'm glad you've been making an effort.

Thanks Ian I am trying! I think maybe it started for me in junior high or high school with skipping breakfast--I had to have my hair just so before the bus came and with 8 in the family and one bathroom it wasnt easy! No time for cereal-I have to curl my hair! lol!! Then in high school lunch became my smoke break--I was bad! Glad I didnt keep that habit!

Don't limit yourself to just "breakfast food". If it is 7 am and you can stomach 1/2 a turkey sandwich...then eat that.

I have had salad for breakfast before. I am not a big fan of eggs.

I definitely agree with your philosophy about eating any healthy foods
for breakfast. In fact, I don't enjoy eggs either. They make me feel
bloated, tired, and possibly a TINY bit depressed.
