Asian Chicken Salad
Ingredients: - 2 1/2 Cups cooked chicken,cut into bits
black pepper
1 Cup sliced mushrooms
2 carrots, shredded
2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 cucumber -- thinly sliced
1 Bag shredded cabbage -- (10 ounce)
1/2 Cup non fat Asian or Oriental style salad dressing
3 green onions -- thinly sliced
1 tangerine -- divided into sections
Preparation:
In a large bowl, combine chicken, cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, cilantro,
cucumber, and dressing. Toss well. Top with green onions and the
tangerine sections.
