I was checing out the south beach diet on e-bay and it kept saying GI/South Beach--so my mind went to the military-GI- so I am think the military is all doing SB Finally I realize GI=glycemic index-duh! lol!

There is actually a guy in my office that is in the Reserves. He won't touch carbs. Maybe they ARE ALL ON IT! LOL!
