Easy Turkey Meatloaf
2 lbs. ground turkey
2 eggs
1 cup grated Low Fat Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp onion powder
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Smoosh it into a loaf pan. Pack it down so the top is flat.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
You will need to take it out of the oven occassionally to drain the grease out of the pan.
After it has baked for an hour, drain the grease again and squirt some SBD ketchup on top of it and bake it for another 5 minutes.

It is so moist and does not fall apart at all! YUM!

This is a recipe I created.
If you are doing South Beach, this is good for any Phase.

I am gonna try this one-hubby is a big meatloaf fan. I love the way you make recipes--smoosh it into the pan-lmao!!!

It does not require any bread or crackers, so it is good for people on low carb diets.

I have made it with ground beef also, but I actually like it better with ground turkey.
