My favourite breakfast was Keto Oatmeal, it was low carb, high protein. 17 g of protein, and I added banana to it sometimes. IT tasted DELICIOUS. I ran out, and never can find it again.
Now days, I have 1.5 glass of skim milk w/ chocolate protein mix. It has 23 g of protein and 1 g carb and 0.3 g fat.
It doesn't taste good at all, i drink it cuz i don't care about food, i just eat to live! (cuz of adipex ofcourse)
