My favourite breakfast was Keto Oatmeal, it was low carb, high protein. 17 g of protein, and I added banana to it sometimes. IT tasted DELICIOUS. I ran out, and never can find it again.

Now days, I have 1.5 glass of skim milk w/ chocolate protein mix. It has 23 g of protein and 1 g carb and 0.3 g fat.

It doesn't taste good at all, i drink it cuz i don't care about food, i just eat to live! (cuz of adipex ofcourse)

I have seen that one of the fiber drinks has come out with a chocolate flavor. The doctor said my husband needs more fiber. I wonder if the chocolate one is any good.

before this diet it was a yogurt & maybe a banana

I like scrambled eggs with salsa too!

If I get my butt outta bed early enough tomorrow I might make some!

This is what I usually eat for breakfast. Can you critique it and let me know which is the best one? I am not able to eat much for breakfast. I have never been one to eat breakfast at all, so having something is a major accomplishment for me!

Each one of these is a seperate breakfast I might have on a given day:

A banana.

Sugar Free Yogurt with 1/2 cup of grapenuts.

An apple.

Celery with natural peanut butter.

A 100% whole wheat (homemade from a mix) muffin.


I know I am not eating much at breakfast. But I am doing the best I can. Which is the best choice? Any feedback is welcomed. :grin:

I wish I had some advice for you--I am still struggling with the breakfast myself. How do you eat when you arent hungry??? I have no desire to eat anything in the morning :(

if this is the only choice then go with the Celery with natural peanut butter , apple and a glass of skim milk. I guess in this case somthing will have to be better than nothing.

It is tough, but I make myself have a little something. I figure a peice of fruit or toast is better than nothing!
