This is a matter of switching your bad eating habits into healthy eating habits. For example, a person having a snack the minute they arrive home everyday whether they are hungry or not. Unconcious eating --in front of the tv. Recognize the bad habits and change them.

This is a tough one for me. I am such an emotional eater. I use food as a reward. I am working very hard to stop this. I reward myself with other things...like a nice walk, a good book, or a nap. Simple things.

Me too--I used to come in from work and grab food, in the evening I always snack in front of the tv, I did alot of eating out of habit--now I am really trying to watch that. It is very hard! Sometimes you just pick something up without thinking!

Or someone else is having something so you want to have it too. It is hard to say no to food while you watch someone else eat it. lol
