Suzanne Somers diet program is basically food combining and avoiding what she calls funky foods. Basically you cant eat protiens and carbs in the same meal. I read the book but dont know that I could live on the plan. Anyone else check into this one?

I bought her weight loss kit on ebay a few years a go. It consisted of tapes, videos, recipes, etc. I found some of it helpful. But I decided not to follow her plan.

I can't really remember why right now. Must be having a senior moment. I'll check back in here again if I remember why I decided not to do it.
