Slushies

Frozen fruit put thru the blender makes a great slush--I add unsweetened apple juice if I need to. It is good on hot afternoons!

I'd like to have a hot afternoon someday. I mean, it's hot here, but the
last true hot afternoons I had were when I was a kid, and I'd play outside
with my friend Tim. The part that made it the hot afternoon was when
she'd ring a triangle bell and yell "Timothy!" lol... the full-name call.

Anyway, we'd get kool-aid and cheese mini-ritz crackers, and would
watch star wars and stuff.

For me a hot afternoon would require relaxation. Maybe I'll relax in
a couple of years.

That sounds yummy. I make them too, but a little different.

Frozen Fruit
1 packet Splenda
Fat Free Yogurt
a splash of vanilla extract

I blend it all up, then put a dollap (sp?) of Free Cool Whip on top.

Sorry needtolose--I cant do the yogurt thing--another one of my hangups! lol!! But I can definately do the cool whip!!!

I like yogurt. I do not like the vanilla kind plain, but I don't mind if it is in stuff.

My family likes yogurt too. I just cant get past the wang it has. i am too picky!!

LOL! Where are you from Cyn? In MN wang must mean something else than it does where you live. Wang here means....ummm...something boys have! LOL :shock:
