Anyone else watch the calorie Commando on the Food Network?

Juan Carlos Cruz has some really good recipes. HE tastes people's favorite foods and comes up with a lower fat and calorie version of it.

I watch him. His before and after pics are impressive. I also watch the low carb guy--I think it is George Stella. I watch alot of Food Network.
