I don't think it's too late for anybody. I just dove into it!!! Ok this weeks weight loss is 3 pounds. I am now at 256 from 264 3 weeks ago.

Hi everyone I hope you guys are still doing the weekly weigh in. I started taking Phentermine yesterday and weightin at 174. I am 5'3 and hope to get down to 135-140. I hope this really works. I gained 24 pounds since I got married and that was only 9 months ago. I need to go back to my wieght.

I have to say that I love this site it is really helpful.

Well it has been a week and I have lost an official 4 pounds. This is good I was hoping to loose more but this is good so far. I did have a couple of days that my weight fluctuated from 170 and back to 172.5 I don't know why that happens but this week I plan to be in the 60's. I will be in Vegas and San fran for the weekend so I won't get to post until next tuesday. I hope everyone is doing great.

Iknow you want to lose as much as possible for your special trip but honestly more than 4 pounds a week, is not healthy. You lost 4 pound you have done great. I personally agree with the doctors who say 1-3 pounds a week for physical health. Don't try to push to hard or you will start counteracting your work.

I would do a weekly weigh-in, but you might not see much change in mine, even with all of the work I have put in over the last few weeks I havent shed 1 pound :/ I will still do it though, just because

Hey reptile even if you dont change you should post it gives some motivation during the week. I know that I work out just a little harder because I want to come in the morning and see my ticker moving!!!
