Hi everyone i would like the motivation of having to account for my weight to others that way i would stay in check so when i weighed in it wil be down not up!!!! i started on Feb3 lost 5 first week 5 second none 3 and 4 and 5 i lost 4 so im at 114 i was at 150 stating im 136 now and like 8 inches over different parts of my body the most off my waist (5) great luck everyone :cool:
