Wow, you seem to be doing really well. When I lost the 12lbs, I did not worth out AT ALL. I would walk to the bus, or from bus to school and a few stairs, but that was it. Not much exercise. I will start, but I m considering quitting Phen, b/c it scares me. I thought it boost metabolism or something, because I can control my eating with body for life. Pills really scare me, and I had burning sensation w/ adipex since I have started, so I rather not risk it. I can't sleep either. This is what I would suggest.
I know someone who lost 50lbs in 4 months, with a bit of exercise and on this plan.
I also use
www.fitday.com to keep track of how many calories I eat. You never want to eat less than 800 cals, because it slows down your metabolism. You should also, keep changing the number of calories to "trick" your metabolism.
I find w/ adipex liquid is easier to eat, than solids.
Breakfast
Skim Milk w/ Low Fat, Low Carb, Protein Mix
Snack
Prunes! I get very constipated, and prunes are supposed to help.
Lunch
Subway w/o cheese and mayo on a whole wheat bun or low carb wrap
Snack
Any fruit or anything you feel like having that is low fat i.e Low Fat popcorn
Dinner
A Baked Fish fillet, w/ a small side salad or the Breakfast shake again
Snack
A peach w/ low fat cottage cheese
Remember, it is very essential for you to eat enough. This is because, once you are off of Phen, you might gain back the weight, after you go back to your normal habits. You might have put your metabolism into starvation mode, so the calories it burns per day might go lower. It is very essential that on any
diet, you eat lots of protein.
For example, with many
diets, after a while you start burning off muscles. Muscles weight more than Fat. So on the scale, it shows great, but it is really slowing down your metabolism. Weight Training/Muscles boosts your metabolism. I would suggest, you start off lifting light weights, it helpts a lot. They ran tests, and the group that did Weight Training, lost the most fat %. Other grousp were pilates, aerobics/cardio.
You seem to be doing really well, and I wish you best of luck. Just don't give up. Also, scale isn't the only thing that matters. Just so you know, sometimes you lose inches w/o losing pounds. So it is better to measure yourself every week. Chest, Hips, Thights, Waists, Hands, cuz most likely you are losing those inches.
