Am I the only one who cheats??? Please tell me I am not.

In the last 3 weeks, I have had a cheeseburger and fries at McD's 2 times. And one of those times I had a small chocolate shake too.

Is there anything you just cannot refuse????

Do you have planned cheats? Like parties or special nights with your spouse?

I dont consider any food off limits--I just try to remember to use my head when I have something indulgent. If I tell myself it is a no no then I drive myself mad and it becomes a yes yes and I eat waaaayyyy to much of it. This way there is no guilt.

That is a really good way to think about it. I think I put too much guilt on myself for eating stuff occassionally that it not healthy. :???:

I agree with Cyn...if you tell yourself that nothing is off limits and just try to stop eating when you're full, you'll feel much less restricted I promise!

8) Girls try planning a cheat meal!I have decided that on saturday night I can eat whatever I want.As long as I stick to my diet all week.I have been on the phen for 2 weeks tomorrow with only eating about 6 or 7 lollies as slip ups.So my'reward will be saturday nite cheat,not all day,only for the night meal.The kids get all kinds of junk to eat while watching a movie from the video store.That is the hardest night to stay on my diet,I usually go and have a long shower.So when I came out they had eaten it all and I cant see it anymore!!!

I don't think of it as cheating... I think of it as an off day... But, I still don't go to Mac ds.... I was able to break that fast food habbit a long time ago. :grin: When I have an off day now, I will eat more breads and not run. That way my legs can heal and regrow.

My cheat meal was a home cooked one.My favourite apricot sausages/veg with mashed potatoe made with butter/real milk!For desert was ice cream/caramel topping.Followed by my favourite chocolate buscuits/a few of kids lollies!I was stuffed but I slept like a log! :-D :smile:
