The six meals a day is simply a way of taking the calories you need and dividing them over the course of six meals. Once you know how many calories you need, simply figure out what grams of what you need and plan accordingly.

I was just wondering what you think about Australia. I've always been fascinated by the place and often thought I'd like to live there. Do you like it? What's it like?
:grin:Well I love Australia,we are a friendly lot of people and welcome anyone who comes over for a holiday.We always stand up for our mates and help each other out.We also dont all talk like steve[croc hunter]but one of my friends looks/talks like him,I always tease him about it.We definately dont talk with fake aussie accents like elle macpherson/kylie minogue.Melbourne is a nice city but is cold/raining a lot,sydney is one big rat race,gold coast is for rich people to holiday in.But the rest of oz is very relaxed and laid back with beautiful countryside.We are also very multicultural with all races living here pretty happily.I have a few aboringinal friends who are into losing weight/getting fit too.I would love to go to America one day,see New York,Disneyland,Las Vegas etc.Maybe when I win the lottery?!
