Is it okay to drink diet coke w/ caffine and to eat whole eggs? I just stared the diet yesterday and I had diet coke thinking it was okay until I read somewhere that you can't.

I mean to much caffine I don't think is every a good thing. But in certain amount it's okay. If your taking phen then I wouldn't drink any at all. As for eggs they are healthy for you in portions. I like to switch between those and egg beaters.

The suggested limit on caffeine is 16 ozs.

There's no limit on eggs what-so-ever! Unless you're doctor has you on a limit.
