looking for a low calorie meal plan that is tasty but doesn't have more than 400 cal

I am not eating enough and I think I need structure to my diet since I don't have an appetite You know actually sit down and eat three meals a day hungry or not. Because I am not gonna be on this forever my goal is to have a new body and a healthier lifestyle and never let my weight get out of control again.

Also I figured out for me phentermine works so well I do not have to take it everyday because I am a coffee addict and sometime the caffeine is enough to keep my appetite low

400 calories per meal is a great level if you are doing 3 meals a day. Of course you'll keep your metabolism up better if you divide that into 5 or 6 small meals. I know that's not do-able for everyone. Check out diabetic diet plans. They usually have good calorie levels and keep the sugar and carbs at a minimum.

I really love chicken wraps. I buy the small low carb tortillas, tyson southwest chicken already cooked. The chicken I weigh out serving size and put them into baggies. I use 1/4 cup fat free cheese, let, salsa.
So two small wraps with 1 serving of chicken Split between both wraps, cheese split betwwen both wraps and put the rest of the stuff in. They are really good, and 260 cal or less depending on how much chicken and cheese you want in them.

Yum, those sounds tasty!
I put a reminder alarm on my cell phone for every 3 hours to remind myself to eat something.
I usually eat at 7:30a, 10:30a, 1:30a, 4:30a and dinner at 6, I try not to eat anything after that. LOTS of water too!
This for me works wonders because it does rev up your metabolism and keeps you as a fat burning machine!

That sounds soooo tasty! I buy raw chicken breasts but I freeze them singly as soon as I get them home. When I find them on sale I buy lots of them. Hubby says he coughed up a feather the other day!!!! I told him to learn to peck and scratch cuz it's good for him. He's doing good too. He's cut down portions long enough that he's getting full on alot less. I think he's lost some weight but since he's still over the scale limit, it's hard to say.
