Thanks for the welcome! I read some of your previous posts after our encounter and I saw where you don't really seem to be a trouble maker on the board. So, I took it that you might just be having a bad day. We all have days where we aren't our best.
I love exercise! Okay, I like exercise. Well, I have force myself to exercise sometimes.  I walk a couple of miles almost everyday and I bike ride at least 20 miles at a time. If it wasn't for the exercise I would probably weigh 400 pounds the way I binge sometimes.
I have an eating disorder and am not going to be helped by any diet plan, imo. I need to get my head straight first. I have managed to go from 275 to 215, but I've been slipping lately and am probably back to 230 now. I'm trying to regain a grip on this thing before I really mess up.
