Is anyone following a low carb/Atkins weight loss plan along with taking their Phentermine?

I've read that eventually Phentermine quits working because the body gets use to it. So, wouldn't it be a good idea to use a diet plan along with the Phentermine? Then at least you've already been working a plan and have something to fall back on.

Hey, I'm just throwing out some ideas here. I'm a newbie to this site so please don't flame me too bad.

Hello again blessed, Yes, it's me again. I was bored, you are correct, I thought it was actually funny. That's just my brand of humor, I guess. I promise I'm not, nor will I be flaming you. Welcome to the board. We need new blood, as well as some of these older topics revived. It's refreshing to have another member that is serious about weight loss. It is, after all why Ian created this forum. We aren't here to exchange information on where you can obtain the best prices for diet pills. The members that join AND stay are serious about weight loss. I think that in itself sets this forum above all others. WELCOME and sorry for the misunderstanding.    BTW, I am in total agreement with you about following a diet plan. I firmly believe that exercise is equally important. How do you feel about that? allheart

Thanks for the welcome! I read some of your previous posts after our encounter and I saw where you don't really seem to be a trouble maker on the board. So, I took it that you might just be having a bad day. We all have days where we aren't our best.

I love exercise! Okay, I like exercise. Well, I have force myself to exercise sometimes. I walk a couple of miles almost everyday and I bike ride at least 20 miles at a time. If it wasn't for the exercise I would probably weigh 400 pounds the way I binge sometimes.

I have an eating disorder and am not going to be helped by any diet plan, imo. I need to get my head straight first. I have managed to go from 275 to 215, but I've been slipping lately and am probably back to 230 now. I'm trying to regain a grip on this thing before I really mess up.

Thanks for the welcome again.
