While ediets is right on track with compiling a list of some the most unhealthy foods, they are wrong in saying "NEVER". Long term diets almost always fail when highly restrictive. Instead of saying "NEVER", they should've said "RARELY" because although foods like doughnuts are terrible for you one shouldn't put themselves in a miserable prison of food. I can never eat carbs again, I can never have chocolate again...the list goes on and on. You are behind bars, so to speak, and think that healthy food means bland food that isn't meant to be enjoyed. This will cause resentment and then one will give up. So, just eat unhealthy foods rarely, but never "NEVER"
