I was reading this acticle on these noodles called Shirataki Noodles. They are an Asian noodle and can be bought at any asian food store. There are different kinds but the best ones are the JFC brand. They have absolutely Nothing !!!!! No Calories, No Carbs, No fat, No Nothing!!! I had to try them. Well I got them in the other day. I ordred the kind that you can store in the pantry. They others have to be refrigerated. They came packaged in Purified water. Pretty weird to me as I thought they would come hard like normal noodles or pasta. They do have a weird smell. I rinsed them very good, and cooked them with some stir-fry veggies and a few pieces of cut up chicken breast. They were actually good!!! The big deal about them is they are suppost to fill you up without any added calories like regular pasta, and they expand and stay in the stomach longer making you full. I ate my stir-fry dinner about 5:30 and I honestly was not hungry at all up til bed time. There are suppost to be alot of ways you can cook them. But I thought some of you may be interested and like to try them. I had to order mine online. But if you have a place close to you that sells asian food maybe you can find them. Just remember there are different brands that DO have high fat and calories. Just thought I'd pass this alot for those of you that like pasta.

Livin' La Vida Low-Carb

i guess they are great all around, no carb, no sugar, no fat, - basically - because they are tofu. seems people think they may be kinda yucky tasting, but if you cook with enough flacor or veggies, i guess helps?

i've never had tofu, did it really taste alright?

No, these I bought are not tofu. They are also called yam noodles. I don't think I could eat tofu! Looks nasty!

Just type in JFC Shirataki noodles. That's what I did. It took me to a site where I could order them. I don't think it's allowed to give out site names on here. I accidently did that on another site and got banned. That is the only brand of those that has absolutely NOTHING. All the others have fat ,calories, and all that. I don't know what the difference is.

Just a quick FYI...you can post web-sites on here as long as you aren't advertising sites to order Phen from, or something that is just wrong to post LOL Everything else, especially this site you are talking about is OK to post. Thanks for the info BTW!
