Extra TV

Watch this video from Extra TV with Jorge Cruise - about 1/2 way through it shows the difference between MUSCLE VS FAT loss wow, the difference is astounding.

3-Hour Diet™ : Official site of the 3-Hour Diet

He says 1 lb of muscle loss = 5 lbs of fat gain. The fat looked like a big loaf of bread and the mucle looks like the size of 7 oz steak I'm hungry today lol

I posted this on another thread; but he says you have to eat about an hour after you wake up so your body burns fat instead of muscle. Then eat every 3 hours until 3 hours before bed, you will lose 2 lbs per week and lose belly fat first.

Al Roker did the plan and lost 5 lbs the first week, 5 lbs the week after then lost 2.5 lbs more; AFTER he had gastric bypass and gained weight

Im going to try it and see how it works - I haven't lost any weight since Dec. 18th so I have to figure out something new.

Wow, TheWomanWithin! That was super; it seemed to correlate closely with some of the best diet advice offered here, especially eating first thing in the morning to jump-start your metabolism. More excellent advice to eat every 3 hours! Eat some protein and complex carbs each time you do to keep your weight loss from gobbling up your muscle tissue! Doing so will also stabilize your blood sugars and hunger responses~
By the way, Sweetie Pie, if you haven't GAINED since December 18th you are doing extremely well!
