So like i woke up this morning and my stomach was hurting. It was the left side. Like a cramp. I have been taking the phen and eating a bowl of life cereal for breakfast and chicken breast for dinner and lunch. I know its not much to eat. I have lost about 10 lbs in the past 2 or so weeks. But would this cause those kidna pains?

You need to eat a LOT more than just this, plus you need a lot of fluids at least 8pints of water.

Lea's right. Of course your discomfort could be any number of things, and it would be wise to see a doctor if it is bad at all or continues.

But it sounds like it is backed up 'poop'.

You need lots of water AND more fiber in your diet. Please add lots of fruits and vegetables -- eaten plain, without sauces, sugars, dressings etc. Just fruits and vegetables themselves. And yes, you do need more food intake to prevent the body from breaking down it's own organs. At least about 1,000 to 1,400 calories daily. Or the nice round number of 1,200 is a good goal.

Hopefully, "This too shall pass".

And did we mention to drink more water?

BACKED UP POOP!!!
i seriously think i lost another 3 lbs from that

I have been getting about 600-1000 calories a day. I dunno how i had that much in me :\

But yeah, i really dont drink that much water. maybe 3-4 bottles a day, if that. i hope there arent any major side effects i dunno about with not drinking enough water.
