Lea's right. Of course your discomfort could be any number of things, and it would be wise to see a doctor if it is bad at all or continues.
But it sounds like it is backed up 'poop'.
You need lots of water AND more fiber in your diet. Please add lots of fruits and vegetables -- eaten plain, without sauces, sugars, dressings etc. Just fruits and vegetables themselves. And yes, you do need more food intake to prevent the body from breaking down it's own organs. At least about 1,000 to 1,400 calories daily. Or the nice round number of 1,200 is a good goal.
Hopefully, "This too shall pass".
And did we mention to drink more water?
