I feel like a complete loser. I stopped taking phen on 31 December... Since then I've gained pretty much all of my weight back. I currently weigh 218-219...
TO make up for how slack I have been this entire month of January, I have officially applied to
join UNC's Biggest Loser Challenge. I had to write an essay explaining why I wanted to do it, how it would benefit me, etc. etc. I will find out around 20-22 January whether or not I have been accepted. I'm pretty confident I will be. Here's so

nutrition consultant to support a healthy

I'm really excited... However $75 is a lot of money for me. But I work better when other people are depending on me, and I'm being pushed and motivated. In three months, I hope to lose about 40 lbs. I need to lose at least 60 before I graduate university in May. Cross your fingers!
