Hi folks,

We just added a new meal planner in your "My Diet" section.

Click here to watch a video about how to use it.

In this tutorial, I explain how to use your meal planner, which will help you eat the right foods in the right proportions, leading to permanent weight loss.

I would really like to use the meal planner, but, if I try to look at let's say, lunch recipes, it won't let me see them if I have beans as my protein. It also won't let me pick 2 or 3 sides as a meal....I'm vegetarian and I am a member, so I guess I need to pretend I am going to eat some meat so that I can see the recipes and use the meal planner?

Sorry for the run on sentences..LOL

I have the same issue with using the meal planer as a vegiterian. So I would like to not have to pretend the same way with the planer to get the recipies and heve more vegiterian recipies included.

I gave up on the meal planner, personally. It was very time consuming and rigid. Personally, I do better just counting calories myself and being a bit more free with daily meals.
