What was your #1 worst food that you ate the most before you joined PhenForum? Was it McDonalds? Burger King? Chips? Crackers? Cake? Lazagna? Anything! What was the food you recall eating the most when you knew it was bad?

My worst food I ate the most was probably the Nacho Doritos. In the immortal words of James Brown, "hit me!"

I think any fast food was my weakness. We usually ate fast food about once to twice a week, now its about once every other week, but I make healthy choices now. I dont go for the big mac, but will go for the 6 inch sub from subway that is 6 grams or less of fat and I watch calories in everything I eat.

Yeah Subway is really good. I usually get a 6-inch chicken/bacon (with just 1 bacon) on wheat bread with lettuce, spinach, small pieces of tomato with no seeds, cucumbers, parmesan, oregano, pepper and a bit of chipotle sauce. Great lunch!

Mine was (and still is) peanut butter. I cant seem to live without it. I do buy the reduced fat one now, but I know that it is still very high in fat. I try not to eat it too often, but there are those times that I just cant fight off the craving. The other thing I didnt have a problem giving up was potato chips. I dont eat them at all now.

There are so many where do I begin? My husband has a very sweet tooth so I would always have sweets in the house for him, well guess who ended up eating them? I use to think that I had to clean my plate also, well I still do I just don't put as much on it to begin with. Where I work is a very small town, my office is right next door to a bar that serves greasy cheeseburgers, across the street is another bar that serves greasy cheeseburgers, and a hole in the wall resteraunt that serves greasy cheeseburgers. There is also a convenince store across the street that serves nothing healthy, all fried, quick take it with you food. So of course those places are where I would eat lunch. NOW I bring my Tuna with me, doesn't smell (or taste) as good as the cheeseburges and fries but I look better than when I ate that stuff.
