I don't know if any of you know this, but do the calories listed on the website count condiments like mayo?

I had a crispy chicken SW today but skipped the mayo because I wanted md's but didn't want to overdue it with calories. The sandwich has 500 calories, but I'm not sure if that includes mayo or not? 2tbls of mayo is like 100 calories, so if that includes mayo, I can take off 100 calories, but if it doesn't then I have to stay at 500. I know it's only 100 calories, but hey 100 is 100 right?
Thanks

McDonalds probably counts the mayo if it's supposed to be in the sandich normally. One thing to try would be grilled chicken instead of fried. The fried chicken is full of saturated fat and it's where most of those calories come from. It's also full of trans fats which are quite dangerous to your heart.

I'm sure you don't eat this all the time, but it's best to avoid fried stuff as much as possible. It's gotten to the point for me where I feel physically sick when I eat that stuff, cause my body feels it's unhealthy.

Keep working at it and you'll get there!!!!!! Good job on your ~30lbs lost so far!

As a ex assistant manager at Burger King from when I was 17-21 I can let you know that on the websites the calorie content is literally for how it should be by the protocols made up, for example at BK a cheese burger (regular size) has to contain - 1 meat patty, 1 slice cheese, 3 circles ketchup, 1 circle mustard, and 2 gerkins, not forgetting a bun toasted on medium. That is IT, if the customer chooses extra bacon, cheese, gerkin, onion, salad that is not included on the protocol and tehrefore there is no direct calorie official document for it, just as iwth fries if a customer chooses BBQ over Sweet and sour or no dip their is no set calorie amount.

Does that make sense?

Lea aka the ex BK assistant manager!
