I posted this before, but didn't have time for pictures - it's been hectic here

I hit my 80 pounds lost mark I would love to lose another 50, but I'll be happy with 25 more gone.

Here is a picture of me in Jan 2006 @ 289 lbs; add 10 lbs to that picture for my highest weight:

This is a before (Jan 2006) 289 lbs and Current (March 2007) 219 lbs

Due to personal reasons, I went off of Phentermine for good on Friday. I had about $150 worth left and flushed them down the toilet I've been on Phen since Aug 2006 and denied they affected me until then.

The picture on the left is April 1999 (172 lbs) on the right Feb 2007 (219 lbs)

I'm not sure how I can wear the same dress from then since I was about 40 lbs less than I am now, but I can and even have to clothespin it in the back lol (go to my blog to see the whole thing)

I am going to continue to exercise daily, and I just added step aerobics two times a week into my walking. Plus I started a low fat, high protein eating routine and see if that helps switching from low carb.

In June, my husband has his 20th HS reunion and I bought 2 outfits - I need help deciding which one to wear. Sorry for the bleh pictures though, we have a 2.5 megapixel camera which doesn't take pictures well.

The black dress dress is a size 16, and I have to get it altered, it's about 5 inches too big through the body. (it's pinned in the back for pictures)
The black pants outfit is a bit snug through the mid section, so I need to lose another 1" for it to fit "comfortably".

Oh btw....see the walls in these 2 new pictures? that's been my "therapy" the past 6 weeks painting has helped alot with making sure that I move my slow dragging butt daily ROTFL climbing a 8 & 10 ft ladder has helped stregthen my legs and hips alot.

I'm going to try and find another supplement to help my appetite, the ones I've tried like PhenterNP and Hoodia (1000mg) did nothing for me

Hey, thanks for taking the time and the trouble to post your pictures. They are GREAT!
You have already made a HUGE change and look just beautiful. 80 pounds is a TOTAL life-change, isn't it? Keep it up, Girlie, and they will all faint in June when the reunion rolls around!

Thanks my friends basically have said the same thing....the pants outfit.

Arrrggg why can't I have nice toned arms and stomach yet so I can wear this stinking dress? rotfl my husband has in his mind I SHOULD wear a dress because this is a formal dinner at a country club and other than my wedding dress I havne't worn a "formal" type dress.

I was looking and I think I may buy a wrap to match the dress and cover my arms to make me more comfortable wearing the dress and take the pants with me :P just in case.

Wow, you look great!! I like the pants suit on you best. It seems more updated. The dress looks good as well. Your arms do not look bad, but if you are uncomfortable with them I think you totally have time before june to tone up.

Your pictures are amazing and your story is awe inspiring, thank you for sharing. The outfits are both very pretty. I think the pant suit is very flattering and it seems to give your body more symetry(sp). Although the dress makes your waistline itty bitty. Either would be appropriate and you will look stunning and feel it whichever you choose. Good luck and keep up the great work!!.
