Hello I'm new here.
I am interested in taking Smartburn and I have high blood pressure. I read that it might actually help to reduce stress which is good for my high blood pressure. Does any one have any information that can help me?

Welcome, Smartburn! Both Smartburn and Phentramin contain ingredients that help decrease stress. I'll give Lazarus Labs a call to find out exactly which ingredient it is, and I'll get back to you.

Hi again - SmartBurn uses Theanine to reduce stress. It's an amino acide that induces feelings of relaxation and lethargy.

Phentramin uses Magnolia Bark, which includes Honokiol and Mangolol. They relax your body and improve brain function. But Magnolia Bark is also a strong antioxidant, which reduces risk of cancer.

In case you're interested, you can also get antioxidants from foods like cherries and tomatoes, carrots, corn, mangos and saffron; blueberries, blackberries, and grapes. There's also a compound called Lycopene in tomatoes which is an antioxidant AND it helps improve your eyesight!

Sorry to go on... I'm really interested in supplements.

Which medication are you talking about, Cassandra? Phentramin or Smartburn? Phentramin information is available in all the pages on the menu at the left from the link below:

Hi, Koko! Lea has some excellent ideas for stress relievers; her name here is rainbow_tears. She sent me Nettle Tea which is a great stress reducer!
