Thanks for all the responses..I hadn't responded or updated. Sorry!
I guess it was completely tied to my monthly cycle. The day I started, I lost 1/2 pound and have continued since then. As of this morning, I have been on phen, watching every morsel that goes in my mouth, exercising 4-5 times a week and drinking LOTS of water for 15 days...I'm now down 11 pounds. I guess that's not bad considering I had a 5-6 day complete stall!
I do need to measure because I'm sure I have gained some muscle (especially since the workout that almost killed me on day one is do-able now! LOL). I also tried on some pants that were way un-buttonable (I don't think I've worn them since after the birth of child #2) and they fit great!
I told my friend that I'm so excited that it makes me almost not want to eat at all! JK
Thanks again for all the help! I thought I was going crazy or had some strange "anti-diet" disease. LOL
