That image rocks! I was having some issues with portion control when I first started dieting. I went out and purchased some of the little kids' picnic plates (you know the ones that are sectioned off like your diagram?)...this helped so much! I use the big portion for veggies/fruit and the smaller places for my protein and carbs. This has really helped, especially since I am on phen and my hunger is waning. :-)
