H Hi everyone!
Well, I had my first month weigh in at the doc's office on friday. I lost a total of 8lbs my first month (I was really hoping for a bit more). My doctor was thrilled, she said that was perfect, right at 2lbs a week. We did decide to change from 30mg to the 37.5 after I described that it truly seemed to not work as well after the first 2 weeks. I'm happy to report that as of this morning I am 1lb. from finally being at the 20lb mark. That includes the 10lbs prior to starting my phen. This has taken 5 very long mos for me. I am over the moon!  . After my doc appt friday, I drove directly the gym and re-upped my membership for another 3 mos. As I type this, I just returned from the gym after doing about 35-40 mins on the elliptical, truth be told, i was a bad girl for 2 weeks and didn't cross the threshold. Admittedly, I was completely busy with the children. Between spring break, plays, baseball practice and gokart races I've been going nuts  . I just want to let everyone know that I love reading the posts and do put the advice to use. Take care everyone and all ya'll keep up the great work!! <oh yeah, i need to update my ticker>
