Hi everyone!
I weighed this morning and I am down another 1.5lbs. It is slow but steady. From Jan at 226lbs to now Apr 207.5, thats not to bad, but boy am I one impatient person.

Help!
I weighed in on Mon at 207 and today(Wed.) I weigh 209. Same time of day. Can your TOM cause this, thus it started late last night.

wow - you are doing great ! I also only lost 1.5 this week after a few weeks of 4 and 5 lb losses but 1.5 is better than 0. I have had a rough couple of days and have eaten brownies and chips for two days now but that is the first time in 6 weeks that I have done that so I am patting myself on the back and saying "it's ok Kathy". Tomorrow is another day and I will be right back on track with healthier eating choices. We can all do this - it's not going to happen overnight though and we can't beat ourselves up when we mess up or even if we don't mess up but have a stall in our weight loss - just keep on going and it will come off eventually.

Well, I try to weigh in on Mon and today I am at 206. Not much weight loss but at least it is some.

Kris, that is an excellent loss! Healthy, steady, and will be permanent. I lost at the rate of .5 pounds a week and I know how frustrating it is to lose slowly!But it WILL happen and in a few months you will be W-A-Y down in the hundreds!!
