wow - you are doing great ! I also only lost 1.5 this week after a few weeks of 4 and 5 lb losses but 1.5 is better than 0. I have had a rough couple of days and have eaten brownies and chips for two days now but that is the first time in 6 weeks that I have done that so I am patting myself on the back and saying "it's ok Kathy". Tomorrow is another day and I will be right back on track with healthier eating choices. We can all do this - it's not going to happen overnight though and we can't beat ourselves up when we mess up or even if we don't mess up but have a stall in our weight loss - just keep on going and it will come off eventually.
