heh...water...have avoided it like WC Fields "because fish make love in it"

But Mike (hubby) has been making me drink a glass every time he does...he drinks a lot of water

and he keeps bottles of it icey cold in the fridge

So I'm doing better...yesterday it was soooo hot I downed beaucoup!

Thanks for reminding me...gotta bring a bottle to pool therapy...the water makes you dry!

w00t, I drink about 6 bottles @ 16.9 oz a bottle a day!!! YaY! My favorite beverage use to be sweet tea but ... i think water reaplced it!!!lol

I keep 1-gallon jugs of water in my fridge and require myself to consume one of them each day. But that's not all the water I drink. I fill up my 32 oz water bottles at the gym and that's usually the beverage of choice when I'm out and about. My rule, however, is if it doesn't come from my gallon jug, it doesn't count towards the goal. Measuring it with the 1-gallon jugs is the only way I can be sure that I'm absolutely getting the full gallon in.

Because it's summer and I walk miles and miles every day, I drink up to 80 oz per day .
