I had my one month visit today. I weighed in on their scales with a 15lb weight loss.
I always weigh in the morning without clothes and this morning I was 17 lbs down on my scales.

The doctor was very happy with my loss. Two of the office girls were asking me how I did it and telling me they were going ask the doctor to put them on Phen! The Doctor laughed and said, see what you started!

Wow, that is excellant! You and I are about the same weight and have the same goal... what type of exercise/diet plan are you on? I went yesterday for my 1 month and was only down 7.

I am eating about 1000-1200 calories a day here is a typical day for me.

Breakfast: 3/4 cup of cereal honey bunches of oats

Lunch: Lean Cuisine or salad and piece of fruit

Dinner: Lean Cuisine, Chicken, Steak, Sometimes I just eat a couple of eggs for dinner and some veggies. Several times I have gone out to dinner and had mexican food, but will have like an 1 enchilada and 1/4 cup of beans.

Snacks: 80 calorie zone bars, 100 calorie sun chips or fruit.

Exercise: 10 minute pilates dvd, 1&2 mile Walk away the pounds dvd.

That's my story and I am sticking to it!
