I am eating about 1000-1200 calories a day here is a typical day for me.
Breakfast: 3/4 cup of cereal honey bunches of oats
Lunch: Lean Cuisine or salad and piece of fruit
Dinner: Lean Cuisine, Chicken, Steak, Sometimes I just eat a couple of eggs for dinner and some veggies. Several times I have gone out to dinner and had mexican food, but will have like an 1 enchilada and 1/4 cup of beans.
Snacks: 80 calorie zone bars, 100 calorie sun chips or fruit.
Exercise: 10 minute pilates dvd, 1&2 mile Walk away the pounds dvd.
That's my story and I am sticking to it!
