Ok I weighed myself this morning and I was 154.4 yesterday and today I am 155.8 that is a 1.2 lb. INCREASE!!

WTF!! The only thing I did different was not have my usual 4 - 5 liters of
water on Sunday and Monday and ate a Lean Cuisine meal two days running. So that got me thinking....(since I never use salt when cooking) perhaps those ready made meals had large amounts of sodium??? And my body reacted accordingly

How much sodium are we suppose to intake per day? And does it vary due to body weight? I would assume so.
THis is what I ate since last Friday:

Why would this make me put on a 1.2 more from Saturday (that when I first weighed myself and say 154.4). And it's not PMS time (that was last week and I still lost then). So does anyone have any logical explanations for this?

Damn...I knew I shouldn't have weighed myself until Friday (my official day).
Both of those stupid meals (see I knew I should have just cooked for myself) one had a sodium count of 510 mg and the other was 530 mg. I'm not very well versed in this area as I don't use salt and at all when cooking. So I never worry about it.
Well I ain't counting that extra 1.2 or whatever it is! Ain't doing it. Friday is my official weigh in day and that is what I'm sticking to.....
