I finally did it!!! I busted that 200lb mark, for the last 2 weeks I was beginning to think it was not going to happen. I wasn't seeing the scales move much and then tom so I was really frustrated. Well, today I weighed and I am at 198.5!!!
That has give me some more motivation to keep on going. It seems like when you get down in the dumps, something comes along to pick you back up.

I'm so glad that you got some satisfaction. I can just see you busting through the 200 world into the next hurdle. Keep up the great work and hang in there. Remember we are in this together. Help is here. I read some great posts that give me hints about getting the diet to be more effective.

Kris; Congratulations! what a wonderful accomplishment.

I don't know who is more excited when I see someone hit that "Onederland" mark, me or that person.

That has been a goal of mine for the past year, and I am so close to being there I can taste it hehehe

Treat yourself to something special for all the hard work....hmmm nails, hair, spa, facial, undies; shoes, I can think of alot of other things also

Thaks everyone!!! Without you guys keeping me going, what would I do? The main thing is to not give up. I am pretty stubborn, so when I want to do something I am gonna do it. It feels like forever that I have been trying to lose but I have just been on the phen since mid-March, so thats not too bad. Not as quick as some people have lost but thats okay too.
